Coverage of the exhibition of Yoshio Norizuki’s groundbreaking calligraphy, Sho, kindly contributed by our friends at NUS Museums.

The artist also gave a demonstration of his calligraphy. His intense concentration during the creation of a word was apparent to all present. From mind to paper, the brush was not a tool but an extension of the artist’s body, through which art and inspiration flowed.
