Where is the resting place of Ngah Ibrahim?

Here’s a snippet of history to tie up with our neighbours up north. What does a Menteri Besar (Chief Minister) of Perak have to do with Singapore? I was directed to this line of questioning by an article in the New Straits Times, on the restoration if Ngah Ibrahim’s Fort in Matang, Perak:
Ngah Ibrahim, of course, was the Menteri Besar of Perak and in turn was the son of Long Jaafar, regarded as the founder of Taiping. Long Jaafar is famous in local lore for the discovery of tin ore in Perak (I remember a Lat story involving elephants and finding shiny tin ore in the mud) and the boom in the mining industry thereafter.
The Ngah Ibrahim Fort was built in 1855-6 as an administrative centre. Ngah Ibrahim is credited with establishing the first modern administrative system in Perak. However, he was implicated in the murder of the British Resident in Perak and was exiled to Seychelles in 1877. He never returned to Perak and was buried in Singapore in 1895.
With the restoration of the fort almost complete, the NST reports that arrangements are being made to return his remains from Singapore to Matang. A quick check on the internet turned up no results on Ngah Ibrahim’s resting place in Singapore; neither did a query to the Malay Heritage Centre. So where is the current (Singapore) resting place of Ngah Ibrahim?

thanks for the heads up Zak! This certainly looks like the Ngah Ibrahim in question, although now I'm wondering who Laksamana Mohd Amin is and what his connection is to the former Menteri Besar of Perak. Am not sure about his name though, is the "at" a preposition or part of the laksamana's name?

Hello, I am Farah,from Lumut, Perak. For your information I am the great great granchild of Laksamana Mohd.amin. Ngah Ibrahim is actually Laksamana's son-in-law. My father OKK Mohd.Khairi has put in all his effort to bring their bodies back where they belong. My father has made further discussions with the naval base to bring their bodies on a ship called KD Laksamana Mohd. Amin (named after him) from singapore to the Lumut Naval base. They will be buried at the Royal Moesuleum in Bukit Chandan,Perak.
