I Can Relate to This!

Woosh~A Cool Wind For You?!

It’s my 3rd Entry! Well…this time it’s a nice fan that looks like an axe. Oh my.

So yeah, basically this is some sort of ancient Indian Ritual Fan. Like, woah! You mean they actually used this nice golden looking axe thingy to carry out rituals etc? That’s right, that’s exactly what they did. I STRESS! It’s a FAN NOT an AXE!!!

Ahem! Back to the subject. The fan came from the 19th to 20th century (1800-1900), so it’s pretty old. You think they used it to fan themselves while doing whatever ritual thingamajigggies they do? Nah! Joking joking…

So anyway, personally i believe that the way it’s designed is probably for ritualistic sacrifices (no, really!) and don’t go off thinking that they chop up poor humans, Indians are NOT cannibals or crazy masochists. They probably used sheep, goats and suchlike. Basically, the ‘fan’ is a knifish tool used to slice and dice up innocent sheep/goat/whatever as ritualistic sacrifice to the gods which the Indians believed in. How cool, maybe this is where the idea of fans as weapons in video games originated?!

Come to think of it, maybe they DID use it as a fan to fan themselves when they were too hot!
