I Can Relate to This!

Healthy Ice-cream, please?

ice-cream

To all the mums out there, don’t you have this dilemma when it comes to ice-cream for your kids? Do you make them happy or cause distress because they can’t have their unhealthy snacks? Fret not! With Healthy Ice Cream Making Workshop @ Health Zone, learn how to make simple yet healthy and delicious ice cream with your kids. Made from the fragrant and farm-fresh Hokkaido milk with no chemical additives, the recipe is adapted from the traditional Hokkaido Milk Ice Cream. Now you no longer need to go to Azabu Sabo (a Japanese ice-cream store / restaurant in Singapore) just to have healthy ice-cream!

The workshop will be held on 23 May from 2pm – 4pm at Health Zone, level 2 of Health Promotion Board Building (3 Second Hospital Avenue at Outram Park). Each child, aged between 3 to 16 years, will need to pay $5, which includes complimentary admission for one adult.

For bookings, please call 1800 435 3616 or email HPB_Health_Zone@hpb.gov.sg by 20 May.

This event is part of the International Museum Day 2009 (IMD’09) which happens from 23 to 31 May 2009. For more information and updates on IMD’09, please visit www.museums.com.sg/imd09 or call 6346 6438. (Daily: 9am - 7pm)
