Portrait of Phoon Yew Tien. Drawn with Photoshop CS2.

Did this last year, it is the portrait of our local classical music composer. He was appointed by the Singapore government to re-arrange the national anthem in 2000 and was awarded the Cultural Medallion in 1996.
