I’m proud to be a Singaporean because….

I am proud to be a Singaporean because Singapore has airports, sea ports, no riots , clean island , and has a good minister to Singaporeans.

50 years from now , I envision Singapore will be a clean tidy island . Singapore is also like a home to me. The Singapore airports have different types of planes and have a comfy seat for Singaporeans and foreigners. The Singapore sea ports , have good ships . I am proud to be a Singaporean because all these years , ASEAN was created by a few countries and one of them is Singapore. ASEAN also worked with other countries , when the other countries who was not joined , they leant about it and joined ASEAN. The Singapore trade and industry have grew and I am proud to be a Singaporean as there are more things sold in shopping centres and our Prime Minister , Lee Hsien Long had built relationship with other countries.

In 2003 , SARS occurred . Everyone was scared of the virus . Some of the doctors also caught by that virus . But for a few doctors managed to kill the virus . Most of the people died. As now for the H1N1 , I hope the doctor continued to work harder and killed the virus . Hoorah Singapore!
