singapore-city I’m proud to be a Singaporean because of its bustling city life. Singapore is a clean and green city wtih a peaceful environment. Singapore is situated near the equator and it lies on the main trade route,where traders had to pass by Singapore. Singapore then became a trading hub. Until now, Singapore is still a place where trading takes place. This leads to Singapore to be prosperous country.

Singapore is an urban settlement where there are a wide range of goods and services. This then makes the lives of us Singaporeans comfortable. Singapore is relatively a safe country,therefore it is safe to live here as we can go out at night with ease.

Singapore has started to be independant in obtaining resources. Newater is a good example. With Newater,we can recycle waste water. This saves resources and money. We will then not need to depend too much on other countries for water.

Singapore has done well last year in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. This is a reason why I am proud to be a Singaporean.

I like Singapore for its city life.The events that goes on simply makes Singapore lively and vibrant. Its night city lights make Singapore look bright through the night.
