I’m proud to be a Singaporean because of its hot and wet climate, it lies on the equator between the tropic of cancer and the tropic of capricorn. This gives Singapore its hot and wet climate. Singapore has a high amount of rainfall and has a annual high temperature of approximately 30 degrees Celsius.
Singapore is very suitable for the growing of crops like plantation agriculture and wet rice agriculture but currently, Singapore’s government is investing a lot of high-tech farming. Singapore has a big egg farm which only does egg farming and the farm only needs 10- workers to manage 50000 chickens. that is the wonders of technology! Egg farming requires a large amount of capital but most importantly, high-tech farming requires a small amount of land and a small amount of labour. For high-tech farming, There is a high amount of output per unit area of land. Thus, high-tech farming is the most feasible way to farm crops as Singapore is very small (Little red dot)
