Mdm Kwa Geok Choo, the wife of Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew and mother of Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong passed away last weekend on October 2. The country mourns her loss and we at yesterday.sg wish to convey our respects and condolences.

The wake will be held at Istana grounds today and tomorrow (October 4 and 5) from 10am to 5pm. The family has requests that no obituaries, wreaths or flowers to be sent and members of the public may call 6835 6614 for any queries.
