Hyancinthus captures how old buildings are given a fresh breath of life in Chinatown in the installation of a new sculpture on the side of the New Majestic Hotel. There’s also a mention and a picture of the rebuilt Ee Hoe Hean club which was once the headquarters of the anti-Japanese Chinese Salvation Movement in Southeast Asia during World War II.
