We’ve had a good number of food-related posts here on Yesterday.sg, often talking about food that we no longer eat, or the last of traditional food makers. But as street-side hawkers make way for hawker centres, even hawker centres today are becoming more and more ‘old school’ as they make way for air-conditioned food courts. So, where was the first food court in Singapore?
