Cavin visits the Singapore Philatelic Museum to see the world’s most famous Belgian reporter, Tintin. Many of us would be familiar with Tintin and his faithful companion, Snowy, because the books of his adventures were popular reads in the library.

Read about Cavin’s visit to the exhibition here. Having been exposed to the English-language comics, many of us would be unaware that Tintin was first published in French, and that Tintin is actually Belgian! In the exhibition you will be able to see some of the original sketches of the comics in French. The Adventures of Tintin is on display at the Singapore Philatelic Museum until May 2012.
