We’re really excited about this exhibition at Singapore Philatelic Museum, and here’s are some behind-the-scenes pix our friends from Action City sent us.
It’s the first time we’ll be providing in depth coverage of what goes on behind-the-scenes of an exhibition set-up, so forgive us if we get a bit too excited about random photos.
The container with the goodies inside!

The priceless artefacts, housed in the farthest corner.

You do know this is for dramatic effect right?

The items being carefully unloaded by mighty men.

The priceless stash! (There is a point to all this teasing, be patient.)

About to free the artefacts from the confines of their cardboard boxes.

Ladies and gentlemen, presenting… Bubblewrap!

And here are the shots you’ve been waiting for. Remember the life size War Machine in the promo pix right at the start of this post? Here he is, pre-assembly.
Hand

Machine gun rounds

This looks like part of the shoulder-mounted gatling gun to us.

The torso!

Some identifiable part.

Finally, the money shot!

We’ll be covering the set up of this exhibition in the Atrium at Singapore Philatelic Museum, so watch out for our upcoming posts!
Also, if you’d like to win one of three lucky invites to the media preview of Iron Man CollARTible Exhibition on 7 October 2010, do check out our I Love Museums contest on our Facebook page.
