Count down to less than 24 hours for Singapore’s first-ever Night Festival which promises to add sparkles to the night sky with two weekends of fabulous theatrical performances, open-air cinema, music, dance and other fun interactive programmes.

As a start, the Night Festival opens on 18 July with the internationally-acclaimed Studio Festi from Italy, featuring aerial performances-The Dancing Sky. Under the expansive surroundings, the night sky will transform into a magnificent stage as Studio Festi puts out all stops with flying dancers, helium-balloon ‘planets’ and flying ships, heavenly voices and sounds…

The second weekend of the Night Festival will boast of another two-day exclusive party featuring The Beatnik Picnic by Zouk. Open to anyone above 16 years of age, party-goers get to party under the stars with rhythms and beats from international live acts and Zouk’s very own DJs. On the first night, there will be performances by Van She from Australia as well as appearance by local Zouk jockey, Hong. There will also be beat-boxing, rap performances, percussion act and adventurous Flight of the Night Owl activity which will take you to various museums around the vicinity. On second night, highlights will include Zouk’s signature hip-hop event- Fresh! as well as special guest turntable maestro DJ Shortkut from US!
