The National Art Gallery, Singapore will be launching Koko The Great, a children’s book inspired by an oil painting by well known Singaporean artist, Liu Kang.

Written by theatre practitioner Natalie Hennedige and illustrated by Twisstii, the book is a captivating story about a young boy, Koko and his adventures in his kampong by the river. Life is peaceful and quiet until a tree came to life one day as the menacing Green Giant. Can Koko save the day?

The book launch will be held at the Singapore Writers Festival and there will be a meet the author and illustrator session! The author will also speak on her experience of writing the book.
