Some of you might have already have once upon a time received a forwarded email piece entitled “You were born in the 70s and 80s if…”. Izarrudin revisits this list and adds on some of his memories as well:
You were born in the 70s and 80s if:
# 1. You grew up watching He-man, MASK, Transformers, Silver Hawk and Mickey Mouse. Not to forget, Ninja Turtles, My Little Pony and Smurfs too. *Also not forgetting Aski Mat Yoyo, Centurians and Thundercats!
# 2. You grew up brushing your teeth with a mug in Primary school during recess time. You will squat by a drain with all your classmates beside you, and brush your teeth with a coloured mug.The teachers said you must brush each side 10 times too. *Also not forgetting the red tablet!
# 3. You know what SBC stands for. *Also what VITB stands for!
Read the full list here. Is anyone up to the challenge of writing a 50s and 60s version?

I was born in the 60s and still recall those memorable school days where all pupils were issued with a standard mug and toothbrush and had to squat along the drain after recess to brush our teeth…….sparkling white. Not sure if whatever we spat our onto the drain pose any health hazards or contribute to mosquito breeding.

Hi
I have saw a few very nice photos on Gillman posted by GunTrain before. I wonder if I am able to refer to that blog again for the contents and photos?
I would be glad if I could contact the person who has posted those pictures.
Thank you.
