How would a five-year-old appreciate video art? Very well, it seems, judging by little Hann’s experience at the Singapore Art Museum. Just in case you thought a family visit to the Singapore Art Museum was a little too high brow with a toddler in tow, you can take a page out of this family to see what can be experienced there.

Based on the video and multimedia installations of the Centre Pompidou (France) and SAM, the exhibtion recounts the history of this very contemporary field punctuating the main phases of contemporary art from 1965 – 2010.The exhibition materialised from a Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Governments of Singapore and France to enhance cultural cooperation.
